Step
Procedure
1.
Remove cap assembly (1) and gasket (2) (para 6-16).
Using

Allen wrench, remove two setscrews (3).
Using

cleaning solvent, remove old sealing compound from threads of setscrew (3).
Do not expose electron tube (5) to sunlight.
4.
Using your hand, turn eyepiece assembly (4) counterclockwise. Remove eyepiece assembly

(4), electron tube (5), and collar (6).
5.
Remove collar (6) from electron tube (5).
