INFRARED BODY ASSEMBLY (M36) MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES
Section 1. GENERAL
SCOPE
This chapter gives maintenance procedures for the infrared body assembly.
LIST OF INFRARED BODY ASSEMBLY ITEMS CONTAINED IN THIS
CHAPTER
High voltage. Make sure that rotary switch is set to OFF
before doing any repair.
Do not work on infrared body assembly in bright sunlight.
Bright light and strong magnetic fields make the image
converter tube work badly and may damage it if it is in
bright light for a long time.
