DISASSEMBLY
1. Remove two screws (1) and cap assembly (2)
from adapter (3).
2. Pull wire with lamp base through to the front of
the overlay assembly (4).
3. Using tubular spanner wrench, remove externally
threaded ring (5) from adapter (3).
NOTE
Do not remove upper right hand screw.
(7).
5. Remove overlay assembly (4) from adapter (3).
