Unsoldering wires
EQUIPMENT CONDITION: Elbow assembly on work bench, power off
PRELIMINARY PROCEDURES: Remove regulator assembly ( para 7-10 )

Procedure
1.
Using screwdriver, remove screw ( 1), clamp (2) and terminal (3) and terminal (4).
Reinstall terminal (3), clamp (2) and screw (1).
2.
Using screwdriver, remove four screws (5) and four lockwashers (6).
3.
Pull out switch assembly (7) far enough to work without straining wires.
4.
Slide sleevings (8) back onto wires to expose terminals.
5.
Using soldering iron and pliers, tag and unsolder wires from terminals of RETICLE
resistor (9). Tag and unsolder wires from terminals of TUBE resistor ( 10) (JPG).
Remove switch assembly.
6.
Remove gasket (11 ).
