HOUSING PACKING INSTALLATION
TOOLS: 9/64" socket head screw key (Allen wrench or equivalent)
1/8" punch
1/4" flat tip screwdriver
4 oz ball peen hammer
Grease (item 4, App. A)
SUPPLIES:
PERSONNEL: One
REFERENCES: JPG 41C for lubricating
EQUIPMENT CONDITION: Body assembly on work bench

Procedure
Step
1.
Put grease on surfaces of packing (1) (JPG).
Install packing (1) in groove of housing (2).

Place housing (2) onto housing (3) and make sure screw holes are in line.

Using Allen wrench, install two screws (4) but do not tighten.
Using punch and hammer, install pin (5).

6.
Using screwdriver, pry pin (6) into mounting hole.
7.
Using Allen wrench, tighten two screws (4).
