Hold the telescope (3) upside down and position the mount (2) on top.
Place two screws (4) through the mount and tighten using a 3/8 in.
drive torque wrench with 5/32 in. hexagon bit socket. Tighten to 60 to
90 in.-lb (6.83 to 10.24 N-m).
