TOOLS: 1/4" flat tip screwdriver

Grease (item 4, App. A)
PERSONNEL: One
REFERENCES: JPG 41C for lubricating
EQUIPMENT CONDITION: Infrared body assembly on work bench, power off

Procedure
Step
1.
Put washer (1) and screw (2) through loop (3) in cord of lampholder (4).
2.
Using screwdriver, install screw (2) and washer (1) in cover (5) of infrared body
assembly (6).
3.
Put a thin film of grease on surface of packing (7) (JPG).
4.
Place packing (7) on lampholder (4).
5.
Install lamp (8) in lampholder (4) by pressing in while turning clockwise.
6.
Install lampholder (4) into cover (5) of infrared body assembly (6) by pressing in while
turning counterclockwise.

FOLLOW-ON MAINTENANCE:
Do checkout procedure (Vol I, para 2-4).
