.050" socket head screw key (Allen wrench or equivalent)
12" blade screwstarter
3/8" open end wrench

Sealing compound (item 8, App. A)
REFERENCES: JPG 4lC for Putting on compound

Procedure
Step
1.
Install washer (1), lug terminal (2), and spring tension clip (3) on screw (4).

Using screwstarter, carefully install screw (4) through rotary switch housing of infrared
body assembly (5).

removal procedure.
Be careful when installing rotary switch because
terminals are very small and break easily.
4.
Install "O" ring (7) onto rotary switch (6).
Place plate (8) on rotary switch (6). Using wrench, install washer (9) and nut (10).

Put a small amount of sealing compound on threads of four screws (11 and 12) (JPG).

While holding plate (8) in place, using screwdriver, install three screws (11) and three
washers (13).
8.
Using screwdriver, install one screw (12) and one washer ( 14).
Install knob (15) on rotary switch (6).
