Procedure
Using valve core wrench, put valve core (1) in valve stem (2) and tighten.

Put strap (3) on valve stem (2) and cap (4).
Using 7/16" and 3/8" wrenches, put cap (4) on valve stem (2).

Put sealing compound on threads of valve stem (2) (JPG).
5.
Using 7/16" wrench, put valve (5) in body assembly (6) and tighten.
