NOTE
Setscrew (1) locks retaining plate (2) in place.

Remove setscrew (1).

Using adjustable spanner wrench, remove segment
assembly (3) and shims (4) from M145/M145A1
telescope mount body (5) by unscrewing retaining
plate (2). Discard shims.
Remove machine screw (6) and Iockwasher (7).
