Step
While holding hook (1) in place, use screwdriver to install two washers (2) and two

screws (3) in head assembly (4) (Do not tighten).

Using hammer, drive in two pins (5).

Using screwdriver, tighten two screws (3).
While holding shim (6) and hook (7) in place, using screwdriver, install two washers (8)

and two screws (9) in head assembly (4).
