Ensure that the four remaining copies of DA Form 2407
are inside the shipping box before closing and sealing
the box. Repairs cannot be made unless the deficiency
is identified on DA Form 2407.
7.
Place copies two through five of DA Form 2407 in shipping box.
Enclose Packing List, DD Form 1750, in the box.
8.
Close the shipping box and seal all seams and joints with pressure
sensitive tape (item 12, WP 0046 00).
