a. Removal

Remove eight cap screws (1), eight Iockwashers
(2), two access covers (3) and two preformed
packings (4) from both sides of housing (5). Dis-
card preformed packings and Iockwashers.
Remove threaded ring (6) from housing (5), using

fabricated spanner wrench.

Remove reticle cage assembly (7) from housing (5)
being careful not to damage wiring harness (8).

Remove machine screw (9) and clamp (10). Re-
lease wiring harness (8) from side of the reticle
cage assembly (7).
Disconnect wires of wiring harness (8), by remov-

ing two nuts (11) and two Iockwashers (12). Dis-
card Iockwashers.
b. Disassembly
Remove two machine screws (13), two lock-
washers (14), circuit board assembly (15), and two
sleeve spacers (16) from reticle cage assembly (7).
Discard Iockwashers.
c. Repair
1 Visually inspect for missing or damaged parts.
2 Repair or replace parts in accordance with author-
ized parts listed in appendix D.
